Hi Y’all

I work with women who feel deeply, love fiercely, carry quietly, and often find themselves somewhere between who they have been and who they are becoming.

Women navigating the beautiful, messy, sometimes uncomfortable spaces of transition. Women questioning old narratives, redefining relationships, reclaiming their voices, and learning that choosing themselves doesn't mean abandoning others.

Women who are discovering that growth isn't always about becoming someone new — sometimes it's about finding the courage to return to who they've always been.

This space is for you —

The deeply feeling, wildly capable women who are learning to soften without losing themselves.

The women learning to honor their needs without guilt, embrace their complexity without apology, and choose a life that feels increasingly congruent with who they truly are. 💫

Hi Y’all

This is my corner of the internet where psychology meets real life — where I write about the beautiful, complicated business of being human.

I’m a therapist, mother, and eternal student of both the mind and the heart.

A South African now living under Georgia skies, a preacher’s kid turned counselor, and a woman who believes our deepest feelings aren’t weaknesses — they’re wisdom waiting to be heard. 🌿

A little about my work...

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a BPSYCH Equivalent Honours degree from South Africa.

My approach is deeply person-centered, integrating traditional talk therapy with brain-based and experiential modalities. I'm particularly interested in the patterns we develop to survive, the ways these patterns shape our relationships, and our capacity to create new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
